1. Terms of service & limitation of liability
ProduceHits provides cloud-based music tools on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProduceHits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or interruption, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of source files and exports. You use the service at your own discretion and are responsible for the audio you upload and process.
2. License & acceptable use
ProduceHits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the suite and your account for your own creative work. You may not resell or redistribute the ProduceHits service itself, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
Outputs you create from audio you have the rights to (stems, loops, chops, packs, and related material) are yours to use in your own projects, subject to the content rights and affiliate terms below.
3. Content rights & ownership
You should only upload content you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have the rights to process. ProduceHits is a creative tool, not a rights-clearance or license-clearing service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the audio you process and for how you use the resulting material.
The ProduceHits platform, AFCUT technology, software, and branding remain the intellectual property of ProduceHits. Private processing inside your account and public distribution of finished material are different — public sharing, storefronts, and marketing pages require rights-aware judgment on your part.

4. Refund policy
If a paid plan or credit purchase isn't right for you, contact our support team and we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Because credits power cloud processing that is consumed as you use it, refunds generally apply to unused portions; specifics will be confirmed at checkout and finalized in the published policy at launch.
5. Warranty
ProduceHits is provided without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. As a continuously improved cloud service, results vary with the source audio you bring, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome for every file. You can reach our team before purchasing if you have questions about fit for your workflow.
6. Account termination and suspension
ProduceHits reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with notice where practical, for reasons including but not limited to
- Uploading content you do not have the rights to process
- Abusive or malicious behavior toward our team or other users
- Attempting to resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service
- Hacking, spamming, piracy, or other illegal activity
- Account compromise or unauthorized credential sharing
7. Privacy & data protection (GDPR)
We value your privacy. ProduceHits does not sell or rent your personal information. We use your data only for purposes such as
- Operating your account and library
- Processing payments and credits
- Providing support and resolving billing issues
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Meeting legal and compliance obligations
If you are in a region covered by GDPR or similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. By using ProduceHits, you consent to the data handling described here.
Affiliate & referral terms: If you join a ProduceHits affiliate or referral program, you agree to promote the suite honestly, without spam or misleading claims, and to comply with the program terms provided when you enroll. We may withhold payouts for activity that violates these terms.
